Exchange Policy

We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions.

  • The customers are requested to please not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
  • The customers can exchange articles one time within 5 days from the date of order placed within the same category.
  • The products must be in their original condition unused with a price label attached.
  • We do not accept the exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed.
  • Articles customised in colour and/or size cannot be exchanged.

In the event of damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at (Contact no.) upon receiving the parcel. We will cover the shipment charges for the exchanged article. Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. If our quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

*Discounted (sale) items cannot be exchanged.

Procedure for Exchange

To facilitate the exchange of your article, kindly message us on Instagram, or email us at genreclothing.co@gmail.com. Please include images showcasing any damage or fitting discrepancies with the article. Upon receipt, our team will review your request and provide you with the address for returning the item. Rest assured, upon the safe return of the article, we will promptly dispatch a replacement. We aim to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our valued clientele. Please anticipate a delivery window of 7-9 working days for the arrival of your new article.
